While on the other hand, there is a higher potential for cybersecurity threats, awkward at-home work environments, and loss of connection between co-workers. Some 90% of data breaches are due to human error, which is quite a concern with people using potentially unsecured internet connections and having private work information at home. Some companies have tried to fix this threat by investing in multiple cybersecurity tools, programs, and software to combat cybersecurity threats. This path has led to those companies scoring lower in their ability to mitigate threats and lower in their defence capability than companies who use fewer tools because they did not train their employees on how to use the tools.
